THERE IS A PRE PAID KEY DISTRIBUTION CHARGE OF 25E FOR ARRIVALS BETWEEN 20-00 - 00-08 HRS.

Price includes a mid week linen change and maid service.

Beach towels are not provided.

If a key/damage deposit was requested and paid on online this will be returned to your card within 24hrs of your return. If paid in cash on arrival it will be refunded on your departure.

WE DO NOT OPERATE A STRICT IN/OUT TIME BUT TRY TO WORK AROUND YOUR FLIGHT TIMES BUT DURING PEAK SUMMER PERIOD, JAN THE AGENT, WILL INFORM YOU OF THE TIME TO VACATE TO ALLOW THE CLEANERS TO PREPARE THE CASA FOR THE ARRIVAL OF THE NEXT GUEST.

OPENEDO is a fantastic place to eat nearby -it has brilliant reviews on TRIP ADVISOR - tell the owner/manager you are staying at the Casa and they will look after you very well.

Also if you have problems logging into the internet they will give you a code to use.

RICARDO will also welcome you into his little bar across the Esplanade ,go in and say you are staying with us.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLOSE ALL THE SHUTTERS AND WINDOWS WHEN YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY.
